Shipping is only free within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to FPO/APO addresses nor can we ship to P.O. boxes. Comfort Line Spas ship within three business days plus transit time. Accessories ship within 1 business day. Upon arrival please make note of any damage to product on shipper's bill of lading. It is very important that you note any damage or suspect damage with the delivery driver. If you accept a package that is damaged without noting the damage, you may not be entitled to a full refund.
